Name : SCS – Windows Vista, 7 and 2008 – 32bit
Namespace : root\CIMv2
Query 1 : SELECT * FROM Win32_OperatingSystem WHERE Version like “6.%”
Query 2 : SELECT AddressWidth FROM Win32_Processor WHERE AddressWidth =’32’
Name : SCS – Windows Vista, 7 and 2008 – 64bit
Namespace : root\CIMv2
Query 1 : SELECT * FROM Win32_OperatingSystem WHERE Version like “6.%”
Query 2 : SELECT AddressWidth FROM Win32_Processor WHERE AddressWidth =’64’
Create the following three GPO’s called..
SCS – Software – Dameware – Vista, 7 & 2008 – 32bit
SCS – Software – Dameware – Vista, 7 & 2008 – 64bit
SCS – Software – Dameware – XP & 2003 – 32bit
… with the relevant WMI filter selected and the relevant MSI package (referenced by UNC path, not servers Local path!) Assigned.
